How to order
1. Click on and fill up the Enquiry and Order Form
2. We will response to your inquiries via email within 24 hours

Payment Information
We are able to accept: -
1/ For Malaysia: - Direct Deposit or ATM Transfer to Malayan Banking or Public Bank.
2/ International: - PayPal Payment or Western Union.
Details will be provided upon confirmation. 
Order will auto-cancel if no payment receive after 48 hours.
Please email or SMS your proof of payment. 

Delivering Information
We do delivering everyday accept Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
Item will only be send on the next working day after payment has been fully made.
Your order will deliver to your doorstep via Nationwide Express or Poslaju. You will be receiving a tracking number from us once your order has been dispatched.

Nationwide Express Rate
1/Less than 0.5kg - Peninsula Malaysia (RM6.00), East Malaysia (RM12.00)
2/ 0.5-1kg - Peninsula Malaysia (RM12.00), East Malaysia (RM20.00)

We do not be liable for any losses / damages caused during the delivery of items.

Delivery Address
We are only delivering your order to your workplace or residential address.

Exchange and Refund Policy
NO changes or cancellations are allowed once you have confirmed and paid for your order. All sales are final and non-refundable.
All goods to be delivered to you have been inspected before sending out; therefore, it is unlikely that goods will have major defects.
Defects goods must be reported within a day of items received via phone or email, after which, no exchange shall be entertained.
